Im now planning on taking the psych gre as well to up my changes of gettin into grad school…. so who knows of a really helpful test prep Book or a class, preferably in nyc/long island area… but i don’t think there that many classes available except kaplans online, class…. so suggestions would be appreciated

I want to go to grad school and I am wondering what GRE test prep books you all have used. Im guessing that the Kaplan books are the best, but has anyone tried any others.
I took the SAT and got a 980. Nothing to brag about but I had untreated ADD all through college and ended with a 2.7gpa. now 5 years later I took the GRE for grad school on meds and got in the 42 percentile on verbal and 45% on quantative and a 4.0 on written. this was average for Business Majors. What killed me most was word comparisons that I didnt know the meaning rather than reading comprehension which is usually bad for me.
I have been out of school for 5 years and took a paper practice at home and studied it. so i’ve been trying to figure out if my meds helped. When you compare my SAT to GRE scores I would think my GRE scores are better than my GPA and SAT because the GRE competes with the best students in college unlike the SAT where it is everyone.
So given all this would you think my meds helped me?
Hi guys,
I will be writing an entrance exam for business grad school called the LDT.
This stands for Learning Diagnostic Test (LDT).
This test consists of two parts: the Placement Test in English for Educational Purposes (PTEEP) and a Mathematical Comprehension (MCOM) Test which is designed to provide information about a candidate’s potential to learn new mathematical knowledge and skills.
QUESTION: as i have been unable to find literature offering assistance on the specific test I was hoping to just do prep for SAT/ACT/ACCUPLACER or another similar entrance test.
