Professor Whitebread is very experienced as a professor, but more importantly he is an exceptional teacher. He has that unique ability to convey complex material in an understandable way. He also sprinkles in material from his (previous) private practice. He teaches at the FBI academy and also bar prep courses. He is also a very funny man, and if he can make me laugh while I learn this stuff it is quite a gift. His organization is top notch, he includes strategies on how to do well on tests and gives tips on how to know in advance how material will be tested. I will never forget the concept of "hot pursuit" based on a case he defended - I smile while I write this.

I e-mailed the good professor with a question that I had and he got back to me faster than some professors at my own law school.

As an aside, he also has a CD set on Criminal Law - just as good.

The best review I have heard anywhere. The speakers are all excellent and they make their topics seem very easy to understand. They are very down to earth yet make learning the law fun. I guess that is why they call them "legends."

p.s. I could listen the Charles Whitebread all day. I wish I had him for a professor.

Matched my Civ Pro course precisely. Very organized speaker. Has good hypo's and explainations Used it to build basic outline and then filled in from class and FRCP. Got an A-, I credit the CD's.
