user comment Law School Legends Administrative Law (Law School Legends Audio Series) Good bar exam prep if you didn't take the course

If you didn't take administrative law in law school, four hours with this recording will give you the minimum knowledge to answer your jurisdiction's admin law bar exam question. And you don't have to waste time or money with that big national bar review company.

I'd give 5 stars if the recording quality were better--if you listen in your car you have to jack the volume to hear over the outside noise, then you get blown away when his mike suddenly fades back in.
user comment Law School Legends Administrative Law (Law School Legends Audio Series) Good explanations, not too boring

I found this audio set quite helpful in preparation for the final exam in my class. I had trouble synthesizing the material at the end of the course, and this provided a great overview of the major concepts and cases. Having this framework in the back of my mind, I got a lot more out of reviewing the cases and my class notes - it all began to make sense. I recommend this set if you feel lost in the class and need something to kick off your review for the exam.
user comment Law School Legends Administrative Law (Law School Legends Audio Series) Solid...to stodgy

I can't criticize the speaker's knowledge of law or his organization but as one who tends to drift off when listening without visual aids, I found it a little dull. I recommend instead Finz's lectures on Sum & Substance. His lively voice and excellent use of examples endeared him to me in his Torts lectures, and likewise kept me awake all the way through his Admin Law tapes - and that's a real challenge with such a dull topic.
