The composition is perfect, but i’m not so sure about the super sharp effect. It’s kinda cool looking especially on the paper and the mugs, but it’s a little weird looking on Jenni. How did it look without it? i ran a dust and scratches filter with a radius of 4 and a threshold of 16 just on her skin and i think it looked nicer, but then again that might be totally against what you wanted for the picture.
